| Notes for Wesley Maynard Bliss |
Placerville was once called 'Hangtown', but by 1854 it was officially 'Placerville'.
"W Bliss", born 13 September 1900, is in the SSDI as having died in Little Rock, Arkansas in July, 1976. He actually died in California. Duska remembers travelling with Wes Jr. from Little Rock to see Wes Sr. in Northern California when he was dying. |
