They married Oct.31 1888 in Hubbard Co Mn. They had and raised their family up to the year 1912 in the USA.
The Quenett's immigrated to Saskatchewan and in 1912 Frank homestead in the Sweet Hill district west of Simpson. Frank operated the Simpson Hotel for sometime. Later he established himself in business in Liberty Sask, where he had the livery stable, a garage and a blacksmith shop.
As a result of a disastrous fire which spread through the business district of the village, he was completely wiped out.
In 1913 he moved his family to Penzance and built his own blacksmith shop as well as the Penzance Garage and storage buildings. The family of boys helped their father following their school years.
Frank died in Penzance Sask. on April 23 1928 from a bout of broncho pheumonia. He is burnied in Simpson Sask. Fonie lived in the area keeping homes for bachelors in the aera then remarried twice and travels in her later years. She later lived, died and is buried in Des Moines IA.
