| Notes for Charles "Charley" C. Hullet |
Born in Ellwood, or Nilwood? Did "Ellwood" ever exist?
According to Susan McGuire, Charles may have been born as late as 1851, but then Elizabeth wouldn't have been his mother. I also think Susan indicated that Charles' birthday may have been a year earlier or later than 7 May 1849, but Betty Hullet's huband is a direct descendant of Charles and she doesn't indicate any uncertainty.
Moved to Kansas in 1878. |
| Misc. Notes |
| "For approximately seven years Charley took up residence in or around Nickerson, Reno County (Hutchinson), Kansas. He purchased his first property in that county November 14, 1879, approximately one year after he moved there ... His last property transaction in Reno County was on January 16, 1885, ..." |
